I get my salary on the 15th and on the last day of the month and I have routines setup to send fixed amounts to plans and external accounts.
Then I want to have a routines on the 2nd day of the month that checks the account balance and divides it up like eg
50% to plan A
30% to plan B
10% to plan C
10% to plan D
