Ability to create Routines based off of my Credit Insights

I would like to create routines based off of my HMB Credit Insights. Examples:

1. When my Credit Scores increases 5+ points, send $10 per point increase from my X Plan to X Plan.

2. When my Credit Utilization goes above 7%, transfer 5% of my payroll/direct deposit/income to my Credit Card Plan.

3. When my Debt-to-income ratio drops beneath 5%, sweep my interest payments for that month into X plan.
